Anything related to your case — court notices, medical records, photos, contracts, or letters from the other side. If you have nothing yet, come anyway.
Is the first consultation really free?
Yes. The first consultation is free and confidential, whether you hire us or not.
Is it safe to talk to a lawyer if I do not have papers?
Yes. What you tell us is confidential, and we do not report clients to any immigration authority. Immigration status also does not stop you from claiming a work injury or unpaid wages in California.
How much will my case cost?
It depends on the type of case. We quote the fee in writing before you sign anything, payment plans are available on most matters, and injury cases cost nothing unless we recover money for you.
Do you go to court with me?
Yes. An attorney from our office appears with you in Orange County and Los Angeles County courts and prepares you beforehand so you know what will be asked.
How soon should I call after an accident or arrest?
As soon as you can. Some deadlines are short — a DUI license hearing must be requested within ten days — and evidence disappears quickly.
